Brittani Mack

The origin story

"I spent years performing professionalism. The minute I stopped, the real work began."

Before Tech Me As I Am, Brittani led culture-driven initiatives at LinkedIn, generating significant influenced pipeline through strategic partnerships. When she was laid off, she didn't pivot. She doubled down on the thing she had been building on the side, a podcast about being whole at work.

That podcast became a studio. The studio became an agency. The agency became a way of working that brands and leaders actively ask for. Tech Me As I Am is what happens when storytelling, lived experience, and operator instincts meet in the same room.
