1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services or enter into agreements with us.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest data without permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including the Tech Me As I Am name, logos, podcast episodes, written content, photography, video, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Tech MVP, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Your Content

If you submit content (applications, headshots, audio/video, written submissions, social handles, etc.), you grant Tech MVP, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

6. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

Specific engagements (agency work, consulting, sponsorships, Creator Tribe participation) may be governed by separate written agreements or statements of work. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., podcast hosts, payment processors, social networks). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH MVP, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech MVP, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
